Position Summary

We are looking for a Brokerage Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily brokerage-related activities. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, managing relationships with partners, and improving internal processes.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily brokerage operations.
Coordinate activities between internal teams and external partners.
Monitor transactions and ongoing files.
Develop and implement effective operational procedures.
Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Previous experience in brokerage operations management or a related field.
Valuable understanding of operational processes and brokerage industry issues.
Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Pay: $52,042.52-$125,838.01 per year
