We’re Hiring: Full-Time Sales Associate

Muskoka Lighting Company is looking for a professional, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.

As the sister company to Muskoka Lighting & Electric, we are also able to offer consultation, lighting layouts and installation services, providing our customers with support from product selection through to project completion.

What You’ll Do
Provide knowledgeable, personalized assistance to customer with lighting and décor recommendations
Create visual concepts, lighting product schedules using computer-aided design software and Google Sheets
Process sales transactions and quotes using our POS system
Receive and organize incoming shipments, complete product data entry and assist with maintaining showroom displays




Manage day-to-day responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with the team
Safely lift items up to 25 lbs and comfortably use stairs throughout the workday

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years in retail/customer service experience required

Strong computer skills and experience working with POS systems

An interest in lighting, interior design and home décor

Strong communication, organization and attention to detail

A dependable, professional team player who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with a positive approach.

Availability to work weekdays (8 hour shift) and Saturdays (6 hour shift)
