Souq Lebanese Grill is looking for a reliable and friendly Server to join our team on Howard Avenue.

Compensation: Minimum wage + tips

Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) system
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Sweep and mop floors as needed
Clean washrooms and other restaurant areas
Assist with general restaurant cleaning duties
Assist with other restaurant duties as needed
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean,



organized work area in compliance with sanitation standards and kitchen safety protocols
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Support team members during busy periods through effective time management and teamwork

Requirements
Previous serving experience is an asset.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Reliable and hardworking
Positive attitude and solid teamwork skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $17.60 per hour
