Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures to uphold a professional environment
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all areas
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently and responsibly
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance or safety issues requiring attention
Collaborate with facilities maintenance teams to report repairs or issues needing resolution
Adhere to health and safety regulations,



including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valuable physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of cleaning tools and supplies is advantageous
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
