Martech Electrical Systems Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Chargehand to lead crews on commercial and multi-residence projects in the Fernie area.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising and leading electrical crews on site
Planing daily work, manpower, and material needs
Ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to code
Reading and coordinating drawings, layouts, and specifications
Communicating with project managers, inspectors, and other trades
Mentoring apprentices and journeymen
Maintaining clean, organized, and qualified job sites

Your Qualifications:
Journeyman Electrician ticket (Red Seal preferred)
Class B FSR certificate would be considered an asset
Proven experience as an Electrical Chargehand
Robust knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
Ability to lead crews and keep jobs on track
Valid driver’s license
Reliable, safety focused, and skilled leadership style
