We are currently hiring Production Associates for a well-established Food / Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Cambridge. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for reliable candidates who can start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and assisting with production line processes
Handling, packaging, and labeling food or pharmaceutical products
Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards
Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
Meeting daily production targets in a rapid-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in Food or Pharmaceutical manufacturing (mandatory)
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Fast learner with a strong work ethic
Must have own vehicle (reliable transportation required)
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to start immediately
