Responsibilities
Operate industrial saw machines to cut aluminum and other materials
Read cut lists, drawings and production work orders
Measure materials accurately before and after cutting
Set up saw equipment based on required dimensions
Load and unload materials safely
Inspect cut materials for quality and accuracy
Identify damaged or incorrect materials
Report equipment or production issues to the supervisor
Perform basic housekeeping around machinery
Follow all lockout, guarding and machine safety procedures

Skills




Previous experience operating industrial saw equipment is preferred
Metal fabrication or manufacturing experience is an asset
Ability to use a tape measure and other measuring tools accurately
Ability to read basic production drawings and cut lists
Solid safety awareness
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift and handle manufacturing materials
Must be available for permanent night shift

What We Offer
Full time permanent employment
$19.00–$23.00/hour based on experience
Additional $1.00/hour night shift premium
