QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager, in a non-unionized, machining and fabrication environment, in Windsor/Essex. MUST have a valid drivers license and own transportation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 years relatable experienced in a machining or fabrication setting
Supervise the quality team, ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct audits and drive improvements in quality systems
Manage and mentor the quality assurance team of inspectors and technicians
Train and mentor staff on quality management practices and blueprint reading
Conduct quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
Manage ISO, practices and procedures,



as well as prototype and PPAP runs
Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office for data analysis and reporting
Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation
Must be proficient reading blueprints

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Certification in quality management systems or relatable certification preferred

HOURLY PAY:
Pays up to $30/hr DOE
