What our Customer Service & Sales Assistants are Responsible for:
Acting as a trusted point of contact to advise customers on residential service offerings and develop effective solutions to meet their specific needs
Developing an in-depth understanding of our mission, business, and sales techniques by attending meetings, networking events, and virtual conferences
Providing consistent feedback to the Management team to improve sales, client retention, and efficiency
Cultivating new clients, achieving assigned sales goals,



and managing sales efforts within the assigned territory
Follow all company policies and ensure all consumer interactions are in a professional and friendly manner
Generating revenue among customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products, when necessary

Experience in client service, customer support, sales, or client relations

The Customer Service & Sales Assistant receives an uncapped commission and regular performance bonuses. High-achieving Customer Service & Sales Assistants earn between $55,000-$68,000 per year, and average earners receive $48,000-$57,000 in commission per year.
