Job Overview
We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Experience Curator to join our team. In this role, you will craft engaging, personalized experiences for our clients in our fire and ice recovery centre providing exceptional breathwork and cold plunge with meditation and sauna experiences . Your energetic approach will help elevate our client interactions and foster lasting relationships, all while supporting our mission to promote health and well-being.

Responsibilities
Collect and analyze client data to tailor personalized experience plans that meet individual needs
Engage with clients in a relaxing and engaging and enrolling way




Upsell additional services or products that align with clients’ wellness goals through friendly, skilled interactions
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or in-person consultations while demonstrating excellent phone etiquettw
Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for enhancing client experiences
Support the onboarding process for new clients by explaining services and answering questions thoroughly

Experience
Proven experience leading experiences or customer service roles
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients effectively
Demonstrated meditation/ hoga experience
Excellent skills to read the room and determine client needs and customize experiences accordingly

Pay: $100.00-$150.00 per hour
