Location: Ponoka, AB
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 pm – 3:00 am

Almita Piling is looking for a Shop Labourer to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position supporting the production of helical piles by assisting Welders and Operators, moving materials, maintaining shop flow, and helping ensure products are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Assist Welders and Operators with production activities
Stage, move, and package materials and finished products
Operate grinders and other shop tools
Read work orders and apply product markings and labels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
Support production targets and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Required:
High school diploma
Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial workplace
Robust work ethic and commitment to safety

Asset:
Forklift certification
Machine operating experience
Overhead crane training
Valid driver's license

Working Conditions
Manufacturing setting
Frequent lifting, bending, standing,



and material handling
Exposure to noise and varying temperatures
Overtime may be required based on operational needs
PPE required at all times
