Duties
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Support bank reconciliations and account analysis to maintain accurate financial records
Help prepare financial statements and reports using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft
Conduct account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of ledger entries and resolve discrepancies
Aid in payroll processing and related activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Participate in auditing activities by gathering documentation and supporting audit requests




Maintain organized bookkeeping records and update financial data regularly to ensure data integrity

Experience
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or PeopleSoft is highly desirable
Prior experience or coursework in bookkeeping, account reconciliation, or bank reconciliation is preferred
Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes is a plus
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Eagerness to learn recent tools and expand your expertise in corporate finance and financial services

Pay: $39,453.57-$45,000.00 per year
