Waxwing Services is looking for dedicated, hard working and reliable people to join our team!

We are currently seeking part time employees for a commercial office space for janitorial cleaning services in Coquitlam and Surrey on Wednesday and Saturday/Sunday Nights 6pm onwards, As well as Residential Cleaning shifts throughout the week.

Your duties will include
-General cleaning of the washroom area
-General cleaning of the break/staff room
-Dusting/wipe down of equipment, desks and seating
-Removal of garbage
-Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors

No previous cleaning experience is required, full paid training will be provided.

comfortable with walking, bending, lifting, and being on their feet for extended periods.

Effective & organized : completes tasks within designated timeframes without sacrificing quality.
Safety-conscious : follows cleaning protocols, chemical handling, and ladder/step stool safety.
Team player : works well with coworkers when assignments overlap, while also capable of working solo.
Positive communication skills : able to report issues, supply needs, or maintenance concerns clearly.

Will provide minimum of 15+ hours a week.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
