Overview
Create Compounding Pharmacy is leading compounding pharmacy group and our facilities are fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines. We offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring efficient warehouse distribution and supply chain management. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics processes, demand planning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced workplace.
Duties
Processing payments
Packaging deliveries according to handling requirements and storage conditions
Sending deliveries through various companies
Managing delivery inquiries and communicating with pharmacy staff, customers, and suppliers
Ordering delivery supplies
Receiving, organizing, and packing away orders
Data entry and maintaining delivery records
Clean workstation after work
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics workplace is an asset.
Familiarity with supply chain concepts and demand planning processes.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
