Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cook/Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure exceptional food quality and service. Duties
Prepare a variety of delicious menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all food meets quality standards.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food handling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Supervise kitchen staff and front-of-house team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
Manage kitchen workflows by coordinating food service activities, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests.
Uphold strict food safety protocols and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations.




Lead by example in customer service, serving guests with enthusiasm and professionalism to enhance their experiences.
Be willing to work weekends and holidays and commute to a rural location.

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Previous food industry experience including restaurant management or hospitality roles.
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating staff and engaging with guests.
Experience with bartending or serving is a plus but not required.
