Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Haas CNC lathes and mills, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining equipment. This role requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to safety. The machinist will work closely with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines with precision according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine cutting paths and dimensions.
Perform setup and adjustments on CNC machines as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with team members to assemble components post-cutting as required.
Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during the production process.
Safely operate forklifts when necessary for material handling.




Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the operation of laser equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Experience
Candidates should posses a background in operating CNC lathes and mills. Additional skills that are beneficial include:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings.
Experience with Fusion 360
