Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and responsible Part Time Key Holder to join our dynamic team at our flagship location within a bustling shopping mall. In this role, you will serve as a vital leader on the sales floor, ensuring smooth store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives. Responsibilities
Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store according to scheduled hours, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed
Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed product demos and technical explanations to enhance their shopping experience
Drive sales through effective upselling techniques and personalized customer interactions
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure products are attractively displayed and organized
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, organizing merchandise, and assisting with replenishment




Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly via in-person interactions or phone etiquette, fostering loyalty and satisfaction

Requirements
Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or product demonstrations, is highly preferred
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customers
Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
Experience with merchandising, cashiering, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace
Ability to perform product demos confidently while explaining features clearly to customers
Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for connecting with a broader customer base
