Jinsei Ramen is looking for a reliable and friendly Part-Time Lunch Server to join our team.

This position is specifically for our weekday lunch shift, Monday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, for a total of approximately 12 hours per week.

Mandatory Availability

Applicants MUST be available to work ALL FOUR DAYS:
Monday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Please do not apply if you are unable to work all four of these shifts consistently. We are looking for a staff who can cover the full Monday-to-Thursday lunch schedule, rather than splitting these shifts between multiple employees.

Requirements
Robust English communication skills are required
Friendly, qualified, and comfortable communicating with customers
Reliable and punctual
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Must be available for the full Monday–Thursday schedule listed above
Non-smokers only




Previous restaurant serving experience is preferred
Knowledge of ramen or Japanese food is an asset

Compensation

Hourly wage + tips

Jinsei Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant located in downtown Ottawa. We are looking for someone dependable who can become a consistent part of our weekday lunch team.
