We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Zamboni driver to keep our ice surfaces pristine and safe for all activities. In this vital role, you will operate specialized ice resurfacing equipment to maintain smooth, clean, and well-groomed ice surfaces. Duties
Operate the Zamboni or similar ice resurfacing equipment to groom and maintain ice surfaces efficiently and safely
Conduct routine inspections of the ice surface for debris, cracks, or irregularities, ensuring optimal skating conditions
Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the resurfacing equipment to ensure peak performance
Follow established safety procedures during equipment operation and ice maintenance activities
Assist with setting up and breaking down event-specific equipment on the ice as needed
Collaborate with facility staff to coordinate resurfacing schedules that align with event timelines
Maintain accurate logs of resurfacing activities,

Requirements
Prior custodial experience or background in cleaning and maintenance is highly preferred
Experience with commercial cleaning or operating specialized cleaning machinery is a plus
Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and cleanliness protocols
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods
Willingness to learn proper operation of ice resurfacing equipment and safety procedures
