Our Prep Cook / Dishwasher supports the operations of the culinary team by assisting in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, health and safety, sanitation, and food storage. This role offers every chance to develop a career in the culinary arts,



opening prospects for advancement internally and externally.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting Chefs with a variety of prep duties
Washing dishes and maintain cleanliness of dish area
Maintaining the organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and dishes
Assisting with preparation of award winning food
Organizing garbage and recycling
Cleaning staff areas

Required Skills and Experience:
Prep cook experience
Strong communication skills
Mature and friendly
Ability to take direction and work with a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.25-$23.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 22.0 per week
