Position

Sales & Cold Calling Representative (Full-Time)

Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to businesses to introduce our commercial cleaning services.
Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
Schedule meetings and site walkthroughs for our sales team.
Follow up with prospective clients by phone and email.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
Update customer information and sales activities in our CRM system.
Work toward weekly and monthly sales and appointment goals.
Represent the company professionally at all times.





Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.
Robust communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
