Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair household appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers
Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical appliance issues
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Assemble and disassemble appliances as required for repairs or part replacements
Clearly explain repair issues and solutions to customers
Deliver friendly, professional customer service

What We’re Looking For
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
A professional, customer-focused attitude
Good organizational and time-management skills




Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Appliance repair experience or the ability to read technical schematics is an asset, but not required

Significant Requirement

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are required. Candidates must use their own vehicle during the probationary period.
