Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled DTF Printing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating digital transfer film (DTF) printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining smooth production workflows. Duties
Operate DTF printing machines to produce high-quality transfers according to specifications.
Set up and calibrate printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and print accuracy.
Monitor printing processes, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor adjustments as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing machinery to ensure consistent quality.
Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading substrates and transfer films.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and quality checks.




Support packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment or storage.

Skills
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on printing equipment.
Experience with manufacturing processes, particularly in digital printing or related fields.
Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with material handling and inventory management.
Knowledge of machining or operating machinery such as forklifts is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail to ensure print quality and adherence to specifications.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining safety protocols.
Positive communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. This position requires candidates to be adaptable, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality printed products in a manufacturing setting.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
