Carpenter Labourer / Carpenter Apprentice

McT Construction is looking for a motivated and reliable Labourer with the goal of developing into a skilled Carpenter. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

What You'll Do
Assist carpenters with residential and commercial construction projects
Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
Perform site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
Assist with framing, siding, decks, renovations, and finish carpentry
Learn construction techniques, building practices, and safe work procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Work alongside experienced carpenters and project leaders to develop new skills

What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment




Comfortable using hand and power tools, or willingness to learn
Ability to lift and carry construction materials
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
