Advanced Massage Therapy has served Winnipeg for 25 years across 6 locations. Our Northgate clinic has an established, direct-billed client base, and our front desk handles all booking, billing, marketing, and re-bookings – you focus on treating.

We are super excited to add a brand-new treatment to our clinic: Facial Massages! If you're excited to learn more about skin care and its benefits through massage, we offer on-job training for this treatment so you can start offering facial massages, along with earning royalties for promoting our products.

Compensation and pay
$63–$84 per hour – with tiers that rise with experience and as your bookings grow, plus royalties for product promotion
Our therapists average 30 booked treatment hours per week
T4 Employee status (CPP, EI, and benefits included), not an independent contractor

Job responsibilities




Assess clients and deliver evidence-informed treatment plans
Perform specialized modalities: deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, cupping, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), or facial massage
Give clients practical home-care, stretching, and lifestyle strategies
Collaborate with our team as we grow our multidisciplinary care model

Qualifications
RMT in positive standing with a Manitoba association (2,200-hour program), with active liability insurance
Strong communication skills, collaboration with teammates, commitment to protected, inclusive patient care
An asset but not required: post-graduate certifications in specialized modalities (like Cupping, MLD, Myofascial, or Prenatal) or an interest in skin care
