Duties
Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools and materials as needed
Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
Carry out manual tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure personal and team safety
Help with minor repairs or maintenance tasks under supervision





Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn current skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Reliable transportation to get to and from the worksite
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is preferred
