We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Labourer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various concrete-related tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of concrete forms, including setting up and dismantling formwork using carpentry skills and hand tools
Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints
Learn to perform concrete finishing tasks including leveling, and applying textures using trowels and power tools
Support masonry and restoration
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing materials during construction processes




Follow safety protocols diligently during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and all on-site activities to maintain a safe work environment

Skills
experience in rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
Skilled in carpentry practices relevant to formwork
Capable of heavy lifting while maintaining proper safety standard
Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude towards learning recent skills in construction settings
Previous concrete or construction experience is an asset, but we will train motivated candidates.
