Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns and develop effective treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
Ensure a clean, safe,



and welcoming treatment setting in compliance with health regulations and industry standards
Communicate clearly with clients about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Experience
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
Prior experience providing massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting is preferred
Robust knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions or concerns

Pay: $673.20-$2,546.48 per week
