Job Description:

As a Taper, you will be responsible for preparing drywall surfaces for painting and finishing by taping, mudding, and sanding seams and joints. You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, polished final product that meets client and company standards. Minor drywall repair may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply tape and compound to drywall seams, corners, and joints
Complete patch repair as required
Sand surfaces to a smooth finish
Work independently or as part of a team on residential and commercial sites
Maintain a clean and secure job site
Follow all safety protocols and company policy and procedures





Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience as a drywall taper
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with taping tools and sanding equipment
Physical stamina – able to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
