Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to attract customers and increase sales
Create eye-catching, organized and well-stocked displays
Arrange and rotate products to ensure freshness and visual appeal
Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and store policies
Build positive working relationships with store teams

Experience and Qualifications
Previous merchandising experience (1 year preferred)
Strong knowledge of visual design principles, schematics, planograms and a valuable eye for attention to detail




Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license (photocopy needed prior to hiring) and reliable vehicle required
Select weekday availability required

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move product (up to 20 lbs)
Comfortable working in a retail environment
