Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant workplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation as needed.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards before serving.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.




Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience preferred, with knowledge of food service operations in the food industry.
Solid customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
