We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounting, AP, AR, payroll & GL
Lead month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting
Manage USD/CAD and intercompany accounting
Handle budgeting, cash flow forecasting & variance analysis
Support acquisitions and financial due diligence
Provide financial insights to leadership
Requirements:
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
CPA preferred
Robust ERP and advanced Excel skills
Manufacturing/supply chain experience is an asset
U.S./Canada and multi-currency experience is an asset
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
