We are seeking a skilled and experienced tradesmen to lead our team in executing various construction and mechanical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in assembling, building, and maintaining systems, with a focus on plumbing. you will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards on site daily.

Responsibilities
coordinate daily activities with our team to ensure project milestones are met.
Assemble and build components according to specifications and schematics.
Read blueprints and technical drawings to guide project execution.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Conduct inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills




Proficient in assembling, building, and installing mechanical systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing techniques, and related technologies.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Mechanical knowledge with the capability to perform basic welding tasks as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to manage team dynamics.
