Day-to-Day
Repair dents, dings, scratches, and collision damage
Replace damaged panels and structural components
Weld, grind, sand, and prep vehicles for paint
Read and follow OEM repair guidelines
Communicate with the team and customers about repair progress
Keep your work area clean and tools in positive shape
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of body shop experience (collision, restoration, or dealership)
Solid welding and metal-finishing skills
Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and pulling equipment
A strong work ethic and pride in finished work
The Offer
$25 to $30 per hour flat rate for the right tech.
