THE DETAILS - WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop solid relationships with customers and treat customers like family
Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner, with confidence, energy, and professionalism
Match customers with the right vehicle by listening and understanding their needs
Keep detailed records of all interactions with customers
Follow up relentlessly and manage leads
Make prospecting calls and follow-up with customers within specific timeframes
Guide the full sales process from test drive to delivery
Stay up to date on all dealership training programs, products, accessories and the industry
Be a champion for always delivering excellent service
Always maintain a high level of professional appearance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - SPECIFIC SKILLS
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with high energy,



strong work ethic and positive mindset
Excellent customer service skills including listening and the ability to impact and influence others
Organized and an attention to detail with the ability to document customer needs
Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven
Sales experience is an asset (automotive experience a bonus, not required)
Provincially licensed as recognized by OMVIC or be able to attain
Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
Holds a valid G Ontario driver’s license
