Duties:
Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide transparent instructions for use
Review and interpret physicians' orders and ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy
Collaborate with the Doctor and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

-Experience dispensing Methadone/Suboxone

Qualified Experience:
Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy program
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a community pharmacy
Injection Certified
Minor Ailment Prescribing and conducting medication reviews

Skills:
Fillware experience a must
Methadone experience is must have




Proficient in blister packs and batch billing an asset
Proficient in dispensing medications accurately and appropriate counselling

Licence/Certification:

-Licensed Pharmacist from Ontario College of Pharmacists - Part A

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
