Advance Paper Box Ltd. is a leading folding carton manufacturer located in Winnipeg, MB, specializing in custom packaging solutions. We serve various industries including food, healthcare, and consumer goods across North America. Shift Schedule: Continental Nights, 7p.m. to 7a.m. (working days: week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat and Sun adn week 2: Wed, Thurs)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves)
- Change out waste bins from the die cutters.
- Pull loaded cages/bins of scrap and replace with empty ones.
- Properly dump cages onto the baler.
- Remove bales from the baler, band, load, label, and bring to the shipping area.
- Clean up baler areas.
- Separate scrap, box, and bale as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow safety rules and regulations.
- Follow department and company policies and procedures.
- May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Aerate printer loads as required.





Qualifications and Education Requirements

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend straightforward instructions in English.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, the operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Must be capable of good attendance
