As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in the lives of individuals and families, offering tailored, evidence-based support.

Your responsibilities include assessment, intervention plan development, and collaboration with caregivers to ensure effective strategies are employed. You will also ensure adherence to SOURCES’ standards and maintain a positive network within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and conduct client intake assessments
- Develop evidence-based intervention plans
- Travel to various communities for service delivery
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams for client success
- Document and review casework regularly Requirements:
- Valid BCBA Certification or in process
- 2 years’ relevant experience in assessment
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Class 5 driver’s license
