The Behaviour Therapy

Assistant will work directly with clients under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst.

Your role emphasizes the delivery of individualized ABA interventions, participation in group therapy sessions, and collaborative efforts to enhance clients' daily living skills. The environment promotes teamwork and professional development. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions
- Lead therapeutic group sessions that foster skill-building
- Implement individualized treatment plans effectively
- Collect, chart, and assess client data for progress
- Ensure therapy settings maintain safety and engagement Requirements:
- Preferred education in Child and Youth Studies or Psychology
- Relevant experience in ABA preferred
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
