We are seeking an energetic and motivated Showroom Sales Executive to join our agile team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
Conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to highlight features and benefits of our offerings
Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items, and providing tailored solutions
Manage inside sales activities including order processing, POS transactions, and cash handling with accuracy
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote key products effectively
Utilize SketchUp or CAD tools for visualizing renovation or construction-related products when necessary
Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience

Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales,



retail sales, or high-end product selling environments
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales confidently
Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transaction accuracy
Knowledge of renovation or construction industry practices is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous
Experience with SketchUp, CAD software, or similar visualization tools preferred
Ability to perform product demos effectively and upsell additional items to maximize sales opportunities
Strong organizational skills for managing account information and merchandising setups
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Basic understanding of marketing strategies to attract potential clients and promote showroom offerings
