Requirements
Experience in HVAC/R construction, including installation, retrofit, and project coordination
Experience in HVAC/R Service
Proven experience supervising and coordinating crews
Ability to interpret and review blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings for HVAC/R installations
Experience performing quality‑control inspections to ensure work meets project and regulatory requirements
Ability to coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to maintain workflow and resolve issues
Robust work ethic and self‑motivated attitude,



with the ability to take initiative on fast‑moving projects
Clean driver’s abstract
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting both technicians and project leadership
Professional communication and customer‑service skills, with the ability to represent the company on job sites
