Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features to showcase value
Upsell complementary items and promote current promotions to maximize sales opportunities
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and appealing
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and offering personalized recommendations




Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
Follow proper phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
Support merchandising efforts by organizing products according to planograms and store standards

Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
Experience with product demos and technical sales is highly desirable
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with a diverse customer base
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and customer flow effectively
VSA licence required
