Duties
Safely operate a commercial G Class vehicle to deliver goods across the Greater Toronto Area, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Load and unload cargo, utilizing heavy-duty equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring items are handled with care and precision
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your vehicle to maintain optimal safety standards
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly
Assist with moving heavy or bulky items during deliveries, ensuring proper lifting techniques to prevent injury
Maintain accurate delivery documentation,



including logs, receipts, and delivery confirmations
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive delivery experience

Requirements
Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 55lbs) and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently
Forklift experience is a strong asset
Robust communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Previous warehouse experience is preferred for understanding loading/unloading procedures
Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a busy environment
