Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brake Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain press brake machines to precisely bend and shape metal components according to detailed blueprints and specifications. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality parts efficiently, ensuring that safety and quality standards are consistently met. Duties
Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring accurate bending of metal sheets based on technical drawings and blueprints
Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine proper machine settings
Use hand tools, calipers, and measuring devices to verify dimensions and ensure precision in finished parts




Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications
Collaborate with team members on assembly processes that require exact metal forming or fabrication techniques
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Experience
Experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read blueprints accurately and utilize measurement tools like calipers for quality assurance
Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, angles, and material quantities
Knowledge of safety standards related to crane operation, forklift handling, and mechanical equipment

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
