Pathways2Work is a flexible, no-cost employment program that combines personalized career coaching with creative virtual reality technology.

Participants can explore different occupations, experience realistic workplace environments, and practice employment skills in a safe and supportive setting. This opportunity is designed to empower job seekers by providing hands-on experience, skill development, and valuable insights into various industries.

This program is perfect for individuals eager to explore their potential and make impactful connections in a dynamic environment.

Through a personalized program plan, you may participate in:
Virtual reality career and workplace simulations
Career exploration and employment planning
Identification of your strengths and transferable skills
Employability, communication, and workplace-skills development
Résumé, interview, and job-search preparation
One-on-one guidance from experienced Bredin career coaches




Connections to training, education, volunteer prospects, or employment

Pathways2Work may be a valuable fit for individuals who are:
At least 18 years of age
Alberta residents
Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or convention refugees
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Unemployed, marginally employed, or underemployed
Ready to explore career options and work toward employment
Willing to complete an assessment with Bredin Centre staff
