Duties
Install, terminate, and test low voltage cabling systems including Ethernet, telecommunications, CCTV, and VoIP networks
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to accurately execute installations
Use hand tools and electrical testing devices to secure cable runs, connect hardware, and verify system integrity
Assist in the setup of data centers by installing racks, patch panels, switches, and other network hardware
Conduct routine inspections of installed systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship




Working at heights, lifts, ladders

Skills
Understanding of computer networking principles and hardware components
Experience working with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate installations
Proficiency with Ethernet cabling standards, telecommunication systems
Familiarity with CCTV systems installation and maintenance
Knowledge of VoIP technology and configuring network equipment for voice communication
Ability to operate hand tools efficiently and safely in various installation scenarios
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure system reliability
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
