Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong technical background.

Duties:
Sales & Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a skilled and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Promote current sales, promotions, and special offers
Upsell and cross-sell related products
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Demonstrate products where applicable
Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, credit, debit)
Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with store policy
Reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise
Participate in regular stock counts
Ensure proper product labeling and pricing
Store Presentation




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
Ensure merchandise displays are attractive and properly arranged
Follow visual merchandising guidelines
Administrative & Reporting Duties
Prepare daily sales reports if required
Maintain customer records where applicable
Assist with documentation related to invoices or special orders
Compliance & Security
Follow company policies and procedures
Adhere to health and safety regulations
Safeguard company property and prevent loss
Team Collaboration
Work cooperatively with team members
Support store operations during busy periods
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
