We are seeking a energetic and experienced Head Cook to lead our culinary team and elevate our food offerings. Duties
Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food service team members, to ensure efficient daily operations
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards and consistency
Develop and update menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating fresh ingredients and innovative recipes
Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Train team members on cooking techniques, food safety practices,



and customer service expectations
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest satisfaction

Requirements
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
Extensive food preparation and cooking expertise across various cuisines and techniques
Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment or similar setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper handling procedures, and sanitation standards
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
Experience in restaurant management including inventory control, scheduling, and operational oversight
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a high-energy environment

Pay: $18.51-$29.89 per hour
