We are seeking dedicated and hard-working labourers to join both our civil construction team / Development company. The successful candidates will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in general civil construction duties, including site preparation, excavation, and installation of materials.
Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools as required.
Operate basic construction equipment such as hand tools, power tools, and compactors.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Perform site clean-up and maintenance, ensuring a safe working environment.
Assist with the setting up and dismantling of temporary structures (e.g., scaffolding).
Support skilled workers, including trucks, carpenters, and machine operators, when needed.
Landscaping when needed
Requirements
Previous experience in civil construction or related field is an asset but not required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
