We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Packers/Graders and Waiters to join our agile team! In this versatile role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and proper handling of live seafood in a quick-paced setting.
Overtime hrs are paid at 1.5x your wage after 44hrs.
Duties
Carefully pack and grade seafood products to meet quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation are maintained throughout the process
Handle food with proper sanitation practices, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety procedures.
Experience
Previous seafood experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
